OSCAR Support - Data Conversion Services
Indivica is experienced in creating custom applications to move your data from your legacy system into OSCAR.
Most established clinics move their demographic information. Some clinics will additionally move their billing histories, their appointments and schedule histories, and/or their electronic patient charts.
Indivica will attempt to complete an automated conversion of existing patient demographic, appointment, billing and/or patient data from a third-party vendor system.
We require an electronic import file from the existing application, or a copy of your existing database.
Due to the nature of data conversion from non-standardized, proprietary systems, Indivica cannot guarantee that the conversion will be performed without errors and omissions.
The client will be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of the converted data.
