The OSCAR AXP Series EMR supports large clinics with an unlimited number of practitioners in a rack mounted, high performance hardware package.
OSCAR EMR v9.06 open source software is GPLv2 licensed, standards based and government certified.
The typical large clinic will deploy a rack mounted blade solution, such as the Cisco 2900 or 3900 platform, and then add multiple OSCAR AXP modules such as the SRE-700 or SRE-900 Service Modules in order to achieve the desired performance/redundancy metrics.

Geo Sync off site backup works in conjunction with the OSCAR AXP Series Live Sync configuration to add a geographic element to your disaster recovery strategy. Off site synchronization frequency is configurable and dependent on the availability of WAN resources.
