IndiviCare Hosted Backup is a daily backup for your IndiviCare OSCAR EMR servers. The backups are hosted on a virtual machine connected to the Indivica Network – a full working EMR so that you can log into the backup just like you access your primary server.

The Indivica Network is hosted in Canada and thus complies with Canadian medical regulations.

This service is offered billed annually and offered for $30/month.

You will need an annual support contract to ensure that your practice continues to run smoothly.

The annual support includes telephone and email support, 1 x OSCAR update per calendar year and 24/7 emergency coverage.

The cost is $2,700/year for the first physician per clinic and $1,500 for each additional physician per clinic.

Your health care organization will need an annual support contract, specifically for your IndiviCare Integrator, to ensure that your organization continues to run smoothly.

The annual support includes telephone and email support, 1 x Integrator update per calendar year and 24/7 emergency coverage.

Installation services are provided at $125/hr.

Both practitioners and staff will require specialized training to enable them to efficiently and correctly use OSCAR.

Indivica recommends a minimum staff training consisting of 2 x 3 hr sessions to cover basic functionality and 2 x 3 hr sessions to cover basic billing.
