Neil Baimel

Before co-founding Indivica in 2008, Neil served as President and CEO of NewStep, a wireless convergence company, and as Chairman and CEO of Syndesis, a company he co-founded and grew to become the worldwide leader in service fulfillment software solutions, with revenues of US$30 million. Prior to Syndesis, Neil worked for Infomart, a joint partnership between Southam and Torstar. In his capacity as Director of Technology, he led the team that was responsible for developing the premier electronic publishing system of its time. From 1977 to 1980, he held key management positions at AES Data.

Neil holds an Honours B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from McGill University and a M.Sc. in Physics from the University of Toronto.

David Daley

David co-founded Indivica in 2008. David has previously founded and held leadership positions in a number of innovative companies, including organizations focused on building applications to support the birth of the commercial internet (Ark Global Networking), the management of global data networks (Syndesis), enabling grid computing (Montague River), and accelerating wireless convergence (NewStep Networks). David has previously lectured at the University of Toronto, and sat on the OSCAR Canada Users Society Board of Directors.

David received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and his CEGEP in Science and Engineering from the College militaire royal de Saint-Jean.
